Joining SFI depend on business interest, goal and on individual free will. We should treat our downline that way we want others to treat us since we are all human with due dignity and respect.
We should take into consideration individual differences since individuality doesn't suddenly evaporate even if we are in a team. The still have different personalities, skills, hopes, fears, goals, language spoken and/or what there may exist.
A good leader should recognize those difference, appreciate them and use them to create a sound communication environment that would be advantageous to everyone in the team. As team leaders, we have to share what we know to mentor, support, motivate, encourage and probably award them for their working hard. Let them feel we care by sharing links where they can join free games wherein with the system for them to earn and make their business moving.
The more we prey them the more they would not move.
