This is one of the easier questions I have answered, quite simply all you have to do is be an Awesome Sponsor. If you regularly keep in touch with your downlines, regularly provide support and motivation to your team,regularly offer them tips and suggestions to help their SFI business grow, and also offer incentives (as often as you can afford)to promote healthy competition amongst your team, then they will repay you by remaining loyaland maintaining their membership with SFI.
If, however, on the other hand you sit back and do nothing to support your downline, then you can expect tolose them toother programs. They will be easy prey, as they are seeing nothing supportive to help them achieve within SFI, and will naturally look elsewhere.
So be supportive, be an Awesome Sponsor, and remember, you don't succeed if your downline don't succeed, so why wouldn't you want to help them. That way your downline will grow rather than diminish through attrition to other affiliate sites.
