Plan your activities for the month that can take you near to the goal.
Ensure that the Standing order is in place. Would you try another product or add another?
Apart from the required sales VPs and daily to-do list action points, how have you planned to earn the balance action VPs required for the rank re-qualification?
How many VPs are assured from the movers? Go through their VP ledger with in the first three days of the new month and contact them individually to congratulate the achievers, to encourage the hard workers and to suggest ways to the new affiliates how to reach their month’s goal.
Then prepare some action plan to revive non active PSAs and CSAs
Plan your posting advertisements schedule for the month
