I think that you need to prepare the strategy for the month that comes. You should be realistic about your situation. If you have Standing Order for 1500 VPs, you have already qualified for the EA rank. By doing daily, weekly and monthly task you are near 500 action VPs + 100 action VPs which you get for having SO bigger then 1500 VP, you are very near to the BTL rank.
If you have working team who will bring you more action VPs, you should achive BTL rank easily.
Any way, as I said, making the realistic goals and following them from the very beggining of the month is important. When you meet those goal, then go ahead - gamble a little and go further more. Hope this helps.
