I believe the best way to start the month(or to start anything!) is with a positive attitude and a clear, achievable set of goals. The rest will follow.
Use this attitude to set challenging but attainable goals. Think about each goal you are setting - is it going to really push you to get the best result? Is it something that you can actually do?
If you set your goals too high and lofty you probably won't achieve them which will erode your morale and eventually lead to giving up. Don't decide you will attract a million PSA's in a month unless you have a real way to do that - which is almost impossible. You set yourself up for failure with this .
Instead, make a goal based on last month - did you sign up 2 PSA's? Then make a goal to get 3. Did you set your sights on becoming an EA? This month go for Bronze TL.
When you start out your month with a set of goals in place that you will likely reach it. This will motivate you to keep doing your best - and eventually, depending upon you, will end up with everything you have set a goal for.
