Not likely that you can be successful in SFI when your PSAs and CSAs are inactive. Or do not work or stop working. Success in SFI is determined by the income generated from the effort of the team members and yours in monetary value. You may be successful having a big list of PSAs and CSAs but do not earn versa points or even upgrade to EA/EA2, or making sales and purchases as commissions, they are not contributing any income to you. So your income from them is none or very minimal. Unless you set up your ECA and sell good products, you may earn good income, but it's out of your own effort. Residual incomes will contribute continuous income to you which is vital to your long term success. You may have tripleclick members under you but their purchase from Tripleclicks and ECAs may not be consistent. The large bulk of your income is likely from your active PSAs and CSAs. So to be a successful team leader, you need strong active teams of 1st,2nd .... generations of active affiliates.
