Maybe not the answer you were looking for but I start the month off making sure I have a SO to get me to EA straight away.
It takes away the stress you may end up under towards the end of the month and itlets me concentrate on the more important things like supporting my team and advertising etc.
It also lets me work on TL each month too.
I found that before I adopted this strategy I was coming to the end of the month and it was a mad rush to make EA. Now it's just a "mad rush" to make BTL :) :)
But...I've consistently made BTL for the last 4 or 5 months whereas I had only made it once before in two years. So it works for me.
As I said, may not be the answer you expected but it clears the month for me and lets me build my business.
