What many sponsors fail to realize is that their downline is looking to them as a role model. Many don't care to keep in contact once they've sponsored someone because they know that their downline CANNOT choose to drop them until after 6 months of unsubscribing.
As sponsors we should not be selfish as we depend on our downline for success. I speak by example because my sponsor would not contact me if I don't contact him though I have not let this keep me back as I'm in it to win it and do not depend on my sponsor for success.
If you choose not to help your downline every step of the way to succeed then you're running a selfish business. Your downline needs your support. Running a business is daunting enough as it is and not everyone has that go-getter attitude.
Many need to be supported all the way in order to stick with it. It only takes a few seconds to send an email each week. JUST KEEP THE COMMUNICATION ROLLING.
