The best way to help your PSA's understand SFI is by allowing them first hand to see exactly what you do on a daily business. Meet at a library, café, work station during lunch or someplace that you can utilize a computer and show them step by step what goes on inside of SFI. By doing this the individual would have a common picture of the procedures rather than they saying yes and when it is time for them to go on to SFI they get lost. I would say let them see the process.
