You can use your Tcredit to reward your PSAs or CSAs who are doing well. You can also set a contest among your PSAs or CPAs or both, and specify the amount of Tcredit you are will to give any member that accomplished the set out target or goals. When using your Tcredit as a reward, make sure you tell your PSAs or CPAs the importances of Tcredit and how they can you it, especially when your PSAs or CPAs are new to SFI.
