Great question.
I always search for the answer on SFI and if I am unsure of the answer I will refer to my upline.
Once I have the answer I do not just answer the question for them.Instead I point them in the direction of the answer.I feel that this is the best way to learn about SFI.
Many times I have been looking for an answer to a question and in my search learned something new.
If they still do not understand then I will help them to understand the quesion,but I feel it is always to try to help them find it on their own
