So, the first step would be to educate yourself utilizing all of the tools that are available including reviewing the Launch Pad and other documentation you read when you first started with SFI.
After this you may want to compose a "cheat sheet" that has all of the tips, tricks and shortcuts you've learned. Look at the Frequently Asked Questions sections and see if there is information that could be helpful.
Then try to condense this information until it is short, concise and informative. Put this in to a document that you can email to your PSA's and CSA's.
Most importantly, don't make it too complicated! A simple, easy explanation of what SFI is all about will work the best - SFI is an opportunity to make money through different streams of income. You can expand on a statement like this, but do not make it long and boring.
Invite them to ask questions and always answer immediately.
