If you need to get complete benefit of your TC you should be a TEAM LEADER that means you should score 3000 VP (Action VP – 1000 (min) & sales/purchase VP 2000 (max)
Then you can send TC to your PSA & CSA and help them to achieve EA2 or BTL status. You will get benefits of their action through Matching VP & Commission
Matching VP means you will get the benefit of all the VP scored by your PSA & CAS
They can use TC for following to earn VP
Up to 500 TC for Auction
Up to 50 TC for Product listing
Up to 200 TC for Eager Zebra Game
Up to 50 TC for downloading TC Music
Purchase of TC Direct product will give you VP & 45% commission from PSA & 15% CSA
You will get more benefits more benefits from your PSA & CSA then different level of PSA, please refer below link for more details

Again please note that your training and support to your PSA & CSA should be to make them EA2 or BTL every month.
These are some actions which sponsor also compensated if they help their PAS & CSA using TC.
