First, to make sure that they are going over the training manual, guide them to the manual to find the answer themselves. Then if they are still having trouble comprehending something them, then help them understanding it. If you automatically give them all the answers then you are hindering them from knowing where to go for answers and allowing them to use you as their crutch. Great leaders teach their team on how to lead so that they can have a stronger team.
