-he ensures that they understand what TripleCliks are and where they fit in the picture.
-he also shows and explains to PSAs the different Income streams avalaible.
-he teaches how it is important to become an SFI Executive Affiliate(EA) and how to remain an EA each month.
-he learns to new affiliates how important the power of duplication is, how to learn about generating sales,marketing methods and aids,how to refer new ECA’s to TripleCliks .Don’t forget that” learning before earning” .Try also to make Co-Ops for your team,to reward the hard workers in your team, to reward the hard workers in your team via offering free TCredits to PSAs for example.Narturing relationships with your PSA is crucial part of growing a successful business.
