Understanding about SFI is your own explanation as Sponsor to your new PSAs about the system. It is solely depend on how effectively you can convince them and instill them the much needed confidence and trust about SFI.
Once people join in your Team as your PSAs, from there on, it is for you to treat such persons as children who have enrolled in the kindergarten school and narrate everything in a very simple manner about the system and also the ways to learn and earn in the system.
When you send your welcome letter to your new PSAs, you should take utmost attention to mention all the good things about the system and make them more confident after reading the contents in your letter. I always use this strategy to make them aware of and highlight the avenues through which they can earn handsomely and become successful in SFI.
It is also equally important for you to lead them from the front and prompt them to read and understand each section in the Start, SFI Basics and Launchpad and without going through all these very important documents , a person cannot sustain for long and also won’t be able to plan their own strategy to stay long and become highly successful in the system.
As per my opinion, a sponsor should give adequate information on Team Building, explain its outstanding benefits to make a person highly successful in SFI and guide them accordingly.
I do believe, to effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others.
