A very good question, comes up almost every few days and good that it has finally appeared here.
SPS (Systematic Problem Solving, a discipline in process engineering) tells us that in over 90% of the cases the solution to a problem lies in front of us. This only requires that we open our eyes and look at what is in front of us to find the solution. Only in the case of the remaining 10 % do you really need to go "outside the box". Look around your webpages, the various leads provided by SFI, and there a re plenty of them, to see if you find anything.
And do not forget one recent new addition by SFI, namely the "looking for something" drop window at the top of the page.
As it is SFI has lots and lots of clues on how you can go about your work, searching can be difficult to a newcomer, but not too difficult for someone who has played around with the SFI system even just a little bit.
This is where your habit of being all over the place will help keep you abreast of the latest info. So login daily and keep poking around for some time after you complete your daily work and before you log off. This will retain your familiarity with that page and alert you to any changes that might have gone unobserved.
I would suggest you then look up the forum, the ASK SC (this) Section and if you still don't get your answer, then you contact:
1. Your Sponsor, and
2, Support in that order.
Do keep your team member originating the query copied on any mail you exchange with others on the subject.
And yes, once you have your answer, don't forget to share it with all team members.
