The best way to help your PSA is to do a quality blog or website in which they'll explain step by step how to do.
They do not need to accumulate information but uputititi them to the site where it will all be explained to understand themselves. Not all people are the same, someone will figure out quickly and some will take longer. So they obtain good material, video clips, send them on forums, webinars and success will come.
