In my opinion, the best way to help them figure out SFI for themselves is by referring them to and by explaining to them whenever needed ,if possible, the basic 3 steps of SFI , the Launchpad lessons ,that should be sufficient for getting started .
Teach them how it is important to become an SFI Executive affiliate , and how to remain an EA each month , how important the sponsoring of new affiliates is ,how important the power of duplication is, how to learn about generating sales, marketing methods and aids ,how to refer new ECA's to TripleClciks.com ...
In short : they should try to learn the basics of SFI and beyond : "Learning before earning " should be their motto : they should try to make time for extensive readings of what the huge data or knowledge base of SFI has to offer .
But , remember , you can always try to take people to the fountain , but you can and should never try to make them drink from it : they should do the latter themselves .
Try also to make co-ops for your team , to reward the hard workers in your team via offering free TCredits to them ,for example ....
