The best way is the simplest. You can show him/her a plan from the calculator, to see how much he/she can earn in commissions when he/she has a team of 5 PSAs and each of them has a team of other 5 PSAs etc. Also, encourage him/her to make his/her daily actions, so that he/she has less to pay for rebecoming an EA, encourage him/her to bring as many PSAs as possible. Dislike the CSAs, the PSAs are not lost in case you do not qualify again as an EA, but the commissions they can bring you when they purchase/sell something are still possible.
