I know it is a lil difficult to make one understand anything new.
I ll share some ideas here:
First and foremost please ask your PSA to go through the basics of SFI. Explain in summary or atleasst outline the major advantages like he or she can work at his own time and speed, there is no boss , no orders , no time limits. Its all about investing your time in learning and earning.
The best way is to encourage him or her to read about SFI, it is all there, so definitely the next step is the launch pad lessons. Here im sure your PSA will understand SFI better as it explains clearly what are the benefits to have joined SFI in each lesson.
Now my experience: as for me , even before reading , my superb sponsor actually came to my place and explained to me practically what I was supposed to do and how i can earn my versa points by doing the daily action, weekly actions etc. so her my message is be supportive to your PSA and give her the necessary help especially in the beginning then later like now I am independant , your PSA will become independant too.
Every week dont forget to send a word of encouragement and reminders through PSA mailer. Try to answer your PSA to tour best ability.
