If you find any PSA really working hard and trying to grow with SFI, then you have to reassign affiliates to those PSAs.
These PSAs will grow their network as well our network.
You have to congrats the PSA for his good work and inform him that you have gifted him one of your affiliate, so that he can work with that reassigned affiliate to support them.
Also you can tell him that if he do a good job, you can gift him few more affiliates.
Tell him about the benefits of reassignment and the duplication.
This will encourage the PSA and advise him to follow the same with his team.
