Your question has two parts, so I am going to start with the first part about building a successful SFI business when I have a team of inactive affiliates.
I'm sure that you do realize that if you do not have active members than you cannot build up a business, right?
Please don't put all of your focus on your inactive team members.
Yes, keep the communication open each week by sending your weekly group mails, because you do not know if one will start to work their SFI business again.
Put more of your focus on being able to gain new PSAs on your team. The way you do that is to do a whole lot of advertising every single day.
Working the type of business that we are in, is a "Numbers Game". Which means that we will gain many new members on our teams, but...they all will not work this business.
We must keep on searching for new members and keep working with the ones we do have.
If you keep at it, you will be able to build up a good strong team of active affiliates who want to succeed just as much as you do.

Now, for the second part of your question. Doubtful customers for my TripleClicks store?
I wonder why you say the term "Doubtful" customers. Do you believe in the products that you are selling?
You must also advertise your ECA store, just like you would your SFI business. Advertise Everywhere!!!
Also, you can let other members of TripleClicks know about your store by connecting with other ECAs and you can also send out a Newsletter when you add a new product or you are offering a discount on a product. So right off the bat of opening up your store, you can connect with thousands of other ECAs.
You also can create a "News Post" from your store and it will be seen on the Stream page of SFI.
Please try to shift your negative thoughts into Positive thoughts.
You WILL get many active team members and you WILL grow your Team.
You WILL sell your products and you WILL build up your ECA store.
All you have to do is just stay Positive and just keep on Advertising, Advertising, and Advertising.
