A Local Pay merchant handles their own products with a local pick-up option. Local Pay merchants are able to save you shipping cost and allow you to pay cash for your purchases through them. Local pay merchants have a real store and are established commercial businesses so they are very likely to fit your needs.
T-currency resellers is another issue. You can ask other affiliates from your country if they are using a T-currency merchant and if they have run into issues of them not having t-currency available very often. The only complaint I have heard on that is resellers not having enough T-currency to sell causing someone to have to make multiple trips.
Both services are pretty secure and SFI limits the options to places of business so you aren't faced with visiting basement PC down some dark alley.
