How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

I would not recommend this as part of your SFI business building strategy unless you're some type of professional consultant. There's only so many hours in the day so focus on the 80/20 rule to grow your business as fast as possible. Do the things that produce the best bottom-line results in the shortest period of time.

The fact is that prospective ECAs should have an established business with products already competing in the market place. Your responsibility is to show them the BENEFITS
