You know there are many ways to look at this. There is the professional way, there is the "get people that I can hang with" way, there is the "sex sell everything" way. I will take these one at a time and see what you think.
First, most people will say you need to be professional. Use a picture of your head and a couple of inches of shoulders. This shows you are serious about you business and looking for serious people to help you reach you goals.
The second one is more of who you want at a party type. I don't really feel that this a great way to go but some seem to think so. Maybe a picture of you holding a beer or a shot glass while staring at the camera in the bathroom mirror is the best you can find, but I don't think it will help you with recruiting the type of people that will stick to the business.
OK, shall we take a look at the third way. lol. If you think picture of you in a swimsuit or underwear(for the guys) will make you a more attractive boss then go for it. While these pictures may be fun to look at it will do you no good in this business. I think I made my opinions clear. yes? Stay hungry my friends and when we meet on the beaches of this world there will be time for a drink and swimsuits.
