Hope my humble opinion will help someone...

I would say you should first decide what you want to accomplish: more PSAs, ECAs, or PRMs for TripleClicks. Or something else.

Then, think about yourself - likes, dislikes - when it comes to advertising or recruiting. What are your strong points, weak points. (Be honest in your exam; no one is going to know your results unless you tell them. :D )

Know how much time &/or money you have/need to spend.

Now you know WHAT you want, what you LIKE to do, and assets you have available to accomplish your goals.

My best suggestion is to work with your greatest strength. If it is offline, face-to-face, go for it, with gusto!! Use S-Builder Co-op online to help draw in PSAs, PRMs, while you concentrate on other areas.

If face-to-face is not you, concentrate on online: maybe 2 or more S-Builder units, blogging, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Main point is, concentrate on YOUR strengths, YOUR likes, since it is easier to do what you LIKE rather than what you think you HAVE to do because some one else said it should be so!

Relax, be active, learn something new every day...
