Use the 80/20 rule (google it) to help guide you in managing your time and other resources. You're looking for 5 Team Leaders minimum that are willing to also go through the process of finding their 5 Team Leaders. You want Affiliates who are willing to take personal responsibility for their current situation. After decades of making a living in this industry I can't stress this enough!
If you have an Affiliate that is taking action and getting results you should give them as much attention as possible. What you'll find is that inspired and motivated Affiliates mostly need direction and their questions answered in order to produce results. What you're looking for is an Affiliate that asks action oriented questions. This tells you that they're taking action in search of results.
IMPORTANT: Inspired and motivated Affiliates will ask a lot of questions at first, but the volume of questions will decrease over a very short period of time. Be prepared to focus your support on those Affiliates!
"...is there a point you should not go beyond?"
Yes!
1) You should not build their PSA business for them! You should lead them and then walk beside them in that journey. However, there's NO issues with helping to build beyond their PSA level. Help drive their business deep as long as you're building leadership!
2) You should not be your Affiliates "main" source for financial support.
You want your Affiliates to develop their leadership habits so they can then duplicate your efforts. Start with the end in mind!
