Personally speaking, I think it's a good idea to reassign PSAs to someone in their own country for several reasons:-
. Sharing the same language, they will have no problem in communicating. Even if they have different dialects, they can still talk to each other in their national language and therefore explaining how SFI works will be much easier.
. Sharing the same culture, religious beliefs and practices is also an important factor in forming a business relationship based on mutual respect and understanding.
. Sharing the same economic environment will make them appreciate the opportunity in SFI much better and will therefore help one another to succeed in their business.
These are mainly the reasons I can think of that are really beneficial to both PSAs and the reassignees.
