My answer would be as much as you need them in the beginning, and then throughout as your start learning and growing.
My experience with my Sponsor is great. As soon as I joined SFI and became a member, I immediately had a welcome email from my Sponsor. I was overwhelmed that somebody took the time to welcome me, so I immediately responded by replying to my Sponsors email.
I was overwhelmed with all the information and became so confused and lost with so much information and wherever I clicked on links, I would go into a different article and subject. More confusion.
I had never been on an online marketing program before.
Along came my Co-Sponsor who not only welcomed me, asked me if I had Skype. I replied I did, and he insisted on teaching me via Skype. We had a weekly Saturday morning Skype lessons. Not only did he guide me and lead me, he gave me so many tips.
I would often get chat messages too. My Sponsor would mail me often and my Co-Sponsor would chat with me. Not only did he chat, he would always send me the links referred to the articles, AND he would encourage me to go to a higher rank too.
I appreciate it that both my Sponsor and my Co-Sponsor did not give up on me, instead they increased the pace and the communication with me.
I became EA in my second month, followed by BTL in my third month.
I have learned to Duplicate my two wonderful Sponsors by doing exactly what I received from them. As soon as I notice that one of my team members are online, I don't miss the opportunity to chat on SFI, and at the same time, I will send out personal emails to my good workers. The sweetest thing that my team members don't mail me often, BUT they do reply . And when I issue instructions to them, I see that they work and they grow.
Bottom line, build a good relationship with your Sponsor, Co-Soonsor. Don't be shy to ask for help. They are there for you, they want to hear from you, and they are waiting to help you and guide you.
