Re-assigning a good affiliate (by good I mean someone who has logged in and at least completed the basic requirements) to a PSA who has been EA can be fabulous as the one with EA status will be boosted up and would be happy to have a PSA under him.
Re-assigning a better one(by better I mean someone who has been active, scoring VPs and also communicated to you) to the PSA with EA2 or BTL can be great as they can use their past experiences to take the reassigned affiliate to the desired status.
Lastly, re-assigning a quality affiliate(by quality affiliate I mean who is active, scoring VPs, communicating to you and showing interest in developing the business) to the STL/GTL can be an awsome thing as they can be rewarded as well the reassigned affiliate is trained by the experiences of STL/GTL.
Such a rotation in your Genealogy is the best use of REASSIGNMENT TOOL which may be little tedious but lead to a QUALITY TEAM BUILDING process.
The PSA/s receiving affiliates can be notified by a Team mail/ E-mail with name and id number of the reassigned affiliate, few words explaining him/her the reason for doing so and also your expectations from him/her with the last words showing your readiness to help him/her at any moment.
