To find a way for success !It`s not easy sometimes , understanding every word ,every thing ...NEW work has a new terminology .If a mentor has a time for talking with his new PSA for understand,he is too a GOOD PSA!
This PSA will be a good new mentor,he continues his work to make it his good job. BE A GOOD MENTOR FOR A 5 NEW PSA! AND each 5 PSA, will be a good MENTOR for a new 5 PSA... A PSA mustn't pick his Sponsor and his mentor...but everybody who offers a job ,mast be a MENTOR! I NEED A MENTOR=I NEED A GOOD SPONSOR!
