When I had just joined SFI one of my new PSAs became so active buying and bidding at TrippleClicks. He became a GTL in his second month. Then it became hard to keep up the level. I had envied his acumen because I were still an EA. We later had a discussion also involving my sponsor and we came to the following conclusion.
You may gain sales VP by buying and action VP by bidding, thereby qualifying as BTL, STL, GTL even PTL but it will cost you dearly and while you accumulate VPs, the truth will remain - you are not a Team Leader because you got no team to lead!

For every EA2, BTL, STL, GTL and PTL you sponsor you get 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 VP respectively.
Additionally, for every PSA you reassign to your downline you get 5 VP.
I will leave the mathematics to you so you will compare with your ability to develop a team and so you will be a Team Leader and always remain a Leader indeed.
Remember, your hard work in the first months or a couple of years will pay off to a vacation time of satisfactory reflection.
