First you have to have a plan. A schedule. Make calculations how many VPs are available each month. It varies but is approximately about 500 each month. To make team leader rank you need to make at least 3000 VPs a month. To make BTL you will have to make at least 1000 action VPs and max 2000 sales VPs.
Having first 500 action points from all daily, weekly and monthly action, you still have to make cca 2500 VPs.
Having SO – standing order with 125 Tcredit pack you get 1500 VPs and instantly confirms your EA rank.
The rest can be made by:
- bidding up to 500 action VPs or
- sending gift cards – 30 a month and each will give you 10 action VPs or
- having in your team PSAs that are EA2 (at least) to get 100 action points, or if they are team rank, you'll get 150 VPs respectively
I would suggest that you focus on building a team and having PSAs with EA2 rank or higher you will make team leader rank very easily.
