In SFI so many has think setting up a standing order isn't that necessary to be successful in the business. But I think it is more necessary if one needs to earn more without stress on the business.
If you must convince your downline to have a standing order without making it look like you not need to earn from them then,
1. Setup a standing order for your self to prove why you need them do same. I mean lead by example.
2. Help them understand it is easier to win in daily grand if they have a standing order. They have 500 chance to win.
3. It helps them qualify for EA each month putting them ahead to earn for the particular month.
4. They get free co-sponsor for qualifying for at least EA every month.
5. In setting up a standing order for themselves will encourage their PSAs to do same and build a better team.
