And you will see. They become your friend. They will send you a sticker or a smile, when they will have success or they write only some words. So encourage them, ask them what's wrong. And help them. It is very important that you react quickly and in the moment.
You can use e-mail, phone or Skype. But social sites like Facebook are really the best. Because it is free and available each of us and all the time, except sometimes, when connection is bad and the contact is not possible.
