The best way to stay in contacts with PSA's and CSA's is by asking them about their convenient time and note down in a diary, if we want to converse over telephone.Otherwise,taking prior appointment from them, if we want to meet them personally.By doing so they feel that they have been given importance.
Sometimes, we can even invite them to a cafeteria for a cup of coffee and discuss too.
