I usually contact my PSAs and CSAs once a week through the PSA & CSA mailer to collect my 30 VersaPoints. Then individually through the team mailer from the genealogy page.
The reason for individual mailing is because each affiliate may need different advice, so all together I contact them at least twice a week, and don't forget to be available for each affiliate at anytime that the may need you. If you can't answer their question just let them know that you will get back to them ASAP with the answer. DON'T KEEP THEM WAITING.
