Yes, some Affiliates concentrate on sponsoring, sponsoring, sponsoring. And of course they do get a number of PSAs who will grab on and work the business and gain status levels. But their business is mainly in width and not in depth. This does not generate a downward momentum that duplicates strong leadership. It does duplicate its sponsoring affiliate, but not in a way that gives strength to and profitability from the team. This does insure a solid team that will supply a residual income, nor sustain its membership.
That way is very expensive in time and money. And it thrives by continuing to advertize in quantity.
There is at least one Affiliate who has hinted on the Forum that he works at duplicating himself. He doesn't have hundreds of PSAs, but fully trains the ones he has and helps them to become securely established with sponsoring a team of their own. And he helps them organize the management of those down line teams. He invests much time and money to his business and keeps aware of the business community, SFI, TC, and the internet.
