The best ways to stay in contact with PSA's and CSA's are through personal emails, telephone, using internet conference software such as skype and ovoo. I personally use the mailer that is found on my affiliate center home page or geneology page as well.
I believe with today's technology called the internet and cellphones, ipads etc the communication lines can really stay with you as you check in to google chat or any other medium that is easier for your PSA/CSA to access based on there geographical location. So what I am saying is it comes down to communicating using what SFI has allready provided and if they need personal attention then find out via a personal email to them individually what they prefer to use because sometimes it is so much easier to explain something better using skype etc. ragther than just email.
