Regular contact with PSAs and CSAs is vital for the business. Sunday weekly PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Group Mailer is mandatory. I usually contact my PSAs on Sunday, my CSAs on Monday and if there is SFI news to share like the new Marketing Center or E-card program, or milestones, I use Genealogy Group Mailer to reach the team.
But there is more to it than meets the eye. A good sponsor should be at their team’s disposal as much as possible, like a doctor on call. As soon as somebody asks for assistance or information, the sponsor should be ready to respond. These cases are hard to predict, so log in as often as you can and try to reply your down line within 24 hours at the latest.
At the same time be concise, clear and efficient. Never intrude on your affiliates’ privacy. In my opinion this is the best way to be in touch with your PSAs and CSAs and offer the help needed.
