1. Through the Genealogy team mailer/PSAs mailer/CSAs mailer;
2. Through Skype, SFI chat, Yahoo/Msn messengers, telephone calls;
3. Through the creation of SFI group in FB, Google plus and other social media;
4. Through group meetings/discussions when these PSAs and CSAs are just your friends, relatives, and neighbors.
On the question of how often is the best, it should normally be done weekly unless there are queries from these PSAs and CSAs which need to be immediately addressed upon. In this case, the sponsor must attend to it the soonest time possible and as often as the circumstances require it.
