What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

Am glad you asked this question, it gives me a chance to share my views.
First time communication is very important to both PSAs and CSAs.
I stay in touch with my new PSAs for the first 3days,then I continue with weekly Team mails.
Here is how I stay in contact with my PSAs and CSAs:
For first time PSAs
Day 1-I send a welcome message to their registered email addresses because most time they don’t read it up on signing up, encourage them to get the 500VP and earn a bonus 200VP and Fast track badge.
Day 2- I send them a message about the 3 basic steps of success in SFI,I explain the importance of Duplication in details.
i)-Graduate from a Basic Affiliate to an Executive Affiliate (EA) and Become an Executive Affiliate (EA2) every month by accumulating at least 1500 versa points monthly.
ii)-Recruit atleast five ACTIVE affiliates (these can be friends and family members)
iii)-Teach those 5 people to do the above steps
Day 3- I send an email summarizing everything they need to be doing with their SFI business to become successful.I include links for details.

CSAs and Second Home CSAs
I send a Team mail introducing myself to them as their Co-sponsor and ask them how I can be of help to them.
I also send a special message to those who are inactive for the previous months to encourage them to log back to their SFI pages, you can do this using their registered email addresses.
After I do all the above I use
-I send a weekly Team mail to both PSAs and CSAs using the Genealogy
-I use my Movers tab to stay in touch with the Active Affiliates both PSAs and CSA (I contact them if they are online)
