Well, I took long before deciding to answer this question simply because I wanted to be sure I am one of those doing the right actions developing big numbers in my team.
Yes, in the last 15 days (January 1st to 15th), I have sponsored 45 new PSAs. I realised duplication was indeed the greatest achievement one can have to be a good leader. I have also helped my PSAs do the same by directing them to the right channels. One of my PSAs has made more than 200 PSAs in just two months. And we just joined SFI, now three months.
You can tell that for one who has done that for say five years should've sponsored numerous PSAs.
You too can do that. It's a matter of time as you do it regularly each day, each month.
