As for those PSAs and CSAs who are active, you can stay in contact with them by messaging them and chatting with them once in awhile to boost more their confidence. Confidence in the sense, that you will always remind them to reach for their goals and never stop believing in the things that they do and want in life. For those PSAs and CSAs who are inactive, it is best to message them once in a day and remind them to do their to-do tasks everyday and make them understand that by logging in daily in SFI and doing the daily tasks they will be able to earn VP which is really important if they want to advance their rank and be team leaders someday. Be always a helping hand to your downlines so that they will feel that you are working with them as a team.
Making them understand that even though it is team work it is still them who needs to work out in order for their business to run and be a fruitful in the coming days. It is still have they will handle and implementing their own strategies to make all these things work.
