The best ways to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs are:
1. Definitely as soon as you can after they have signed up.
2. Sending weekly genealogy mails/newsletters, to all your affiliates (CSA's and PSA's)
3. Definitely as soon as you can if they have questions they need to be answered, (per email or genealogy mailer).
4. If they are willing to share their skype address with you, via Skype
5. If they are willing to talk to you on google talk, via google talk
6. Via the Stream tab
7. Via your Leadership page
8. Via your personal blog or web page.
9. Online conference calling.
10 Telephonically if they have given you their phone no.
Always remember, that each affiliate has different needs. Find out from each one personally how much or how little, or how much. when and by what means they would like to communicate with you.
