You can also Email your affiliates. If you have Skype, you can use that. If you have affiliates from your own country or region, you can telephone them as well.
Staying in touch, at least weekly, is very important. When they are doing well, congratulate them. When they are close to gaining the next level, encourage them to gain the VP needed to reach it. If they have questions, be sure to answer them in a timely manner. Welcome messages should be sent as soon as possible to new affiliates.
Don't forget that you can use the instant messaging that SFI provides when the yellow bubble shows up for an affiliate who is online. This is a good way to answer questions and clarify things.
