I think the reason people sign on and bow out could be cured by driving home the point that we are real team leaders that are aware of them as people and know the road to success and how to get them on it.
Also, IMPORTANT! Write your welcome letter WITHIN 6 HOURS OF THEIR SIGNING ON & AN EXPLAINATION OF THE FAST STRAT CONTEST IN A SEPARATE LETTER BUT AT THE SAME TIME ... Remember the FAST START contest requires 500 VP in their first 24 hours!
