Ok first of all make sure you ar doing everything that you are supposed to do for them and then if they still rTe you poorly then ask them maybe they dont understan something after that if they again ratr you poorly than it aint your problem anymore they are lazy and they are expectin from you to do all their work so dont wory se are not here for that good luck everyone.
