SFI Affiliate Quantity vs Quality Sign Ups
SFI is your business and how you approach it is entirely up to you. It also depends on how well you relate to other people.
In affiliate marketing there are various approaches and it depends entirely on your goal. Choosing an approach that suits you also depends on your personality and leadership ability.
Example: Affiliate Type A is comfortable with quantity. S/he prefers to cast the net wide and catch a lot of sign ups. Some sign ups will be good. Others will be duds, but you are hoping that your and SFI's marketing techniques and aids would have done the trick.
THE QUANTITY APPROACH:
PRO's
A lot of sign ups in a short amount of time.
You will increase your PSA’s quickly.
CON's
Not all of the sign ups will be good.
You will find that you still have to convince them that SFI is the business for them before you can motivate, develop and train your PSA.
Example: Affiliate Type B prefers to “hand pick” the people s/he wants on her/his team. It is like having to interview prospective candidates and choosing those best suited for the job at hand.
THE QUALITY APPROACH:
PRO's
You have a measure of control over whom you bring into your team.
It will be easier to motivate, develop and train that affiliate to duplicate what you are doing, because you will have a measure of credibility.
CON's
Your business grows slowly.
You need a thick skin and the gift of the gab, because you may have to talk to a lot of people before you can get a single sign up.
You may have to spend more time than average building a solid down line.
Either way most affiliates will agree that it helps to use a combination - getting quantity and quality. This means, that it becomes necessary for you as an Affiliate to know your own goals for starting an SFI business. You may also find that you need focus on getting to know yourself really well and to develop your learning character and leadership skills simultaneously. You may need to consciously do things to develop and create better habits, like reading books that will help you grow in confidence. If you know yourself, it will be easier for you to identify with and influence other people and to help them make better decisions.
